CONSULTANT

Tom Hicks is a serial entrepreneur having built and sold many businesses in the consumer products arena. He was the President of Naked Juice, a billion-dollar beverage brand, from 2000-2007 exiting in a sale to PepsiCo, Inc. As President of Naked Juice, he was directly responsible for managing a fleet of 625 OTR Vehicles and route trucks. He also ran a $600 million division of Monster Energy that was sold to Coke in 2016. Mr. Hicks has consulted many business in various categories from Consumer Products to building contractors to now hazardous waste.

Tom co-founded 24Seven with Mike Lancaster and begin to apply the business principles he learned running consumer products companies to 24Seven Site Services. Applying his extensive knowledge in Finance, Marketing and Customer Service, 24Seven has become recognized as the premier service company in our industry. Mr. Hicks understands the importance of trust and integrity in building business relationships, and he applies these principles daily. His number one focus is on Customer Service! He believes strongly in transparency with our customers and knows that doing the job right, on-time and as efficient as possible will bring customers back over and over.

Mr. Hicks is a graduate of Mississippi State University and prior to being a student he served our country as a member of the U. S. Army as a non-commissioned officer. This is where he learned to importance of Team in the achievement of any mission.

VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

Anthony started his environmental services career back in 2006 in the oil and gas fields as an environmental technician. He became looked upon as a team leader early on and excelled into a project management position responsible for providing a safe work environment for his team members while overseeing operations of oil rig cleanings, confined space rescue, tank cleaning and manifesting/profiling waste material.

He joined 24Seven Site Services in 2018 to contribute to the company’s effort in providing turn-key environmental transportation, disposal solutions and services to the drilling industry. His experience in project management and years of onsite knowledge, led him to his current position as VP Operations at 24Seven where he continues to keep safety and customer service a priority.

VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE

Afsi has over twenty-five (25) years of progressive industry experience ranging from Staff Accountant to Controller for large, small, private and publicly held companies including land development and property management firms. In addition to her accounting background, she is also an “Enrolled Agent”. She really enjoys getting to know our Vendor Partners and Customers alike. She feels it is very important to connect with the Finance Teams of not only our Customers but equally as important our Vendor Partners. Developing rapport and trust with these teams really helps in difficult times. 

She has extensive experience working with senior management on all accounting matters including specialized reporting, preparation and management of annual budget and monthly cash flow requirements.
